• If a technical error is detected in a bet's outcome, that bet will be considered void.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on Kirkiya11:

• If KYC verification has not been completed or false information has been provided.
• Accounts that have been inactive for an extended period (over 12 months).
• At the user's own request.

If an account is closed, you may request a refund of any valid balance (excluding bonuses), subject to KYC verification.
